MasterQuotes is designed to help you find your purpose in life. Once you achieve this importan goal, the meaning of life will be clear and the world you live in will never be the same because you will be able to attract and manifest more of what you want.

Find a quite place to shape your thoughts and create clear goals. Look deep inside you. Ask questions about your purpose in life. One of the best ways to do that is to put your goals in writing. As you write them down think about your purpose in life.

The Importance of Writing Your Goals

All of the time and effort you put into writing your goals will result in a solid action plan that you can follow to achieve your goals and develop personal success. Once you have created, shaped, stretched, and landed your goals, your purpose in life will be clear.

When most people set goals, they want and expect instant results. When this doesn't happen, these people become insecure and stop pursuing their goals; this is also what happens to people who embark on unrealistic fitness programs. Setting goals is not just about making a list of the things that you want or wish to happen. A goal is a very specific aspiration or ambition that emerges from your desires, beliefs and values, as shown in the diagram.

The process of setting goals begins by determining your desires, beliefs and values. For example, if you are setting fitness goals you have to ask yourself: What is the purpose of achieving them? Do you want to be a professional dancer; do you want to win a sport championship, do you want to win a fitness challenge? Then, ask yourself: Do I believe in my fitness potential? Are you willing to exercise everyday? Are you willing to eat healthy food? Next: How much do I value fitness? How important is fitness for you? What are your priorities in life? Finally, make sure that each of your fitness goals is in alignment with your fitness purpose.

Based on your desires, beliefs and values, you have to make your goals very specific. Each goal must state clearly "this is what I want and this is exactly how I will get it". The best way to think about your goals is by writing down a positive statement such as the following:"I will have a 6-pack abs in 3 months."

IMPORTANT: The goal in this example is very specific (to have a 6-packs abs) and there is a clear deadline (3 months from now). Remember, the more focused you are on your goals the more likely you are to accomplish them.

Writing down your goals creates the roadmap to your success. Although just the act of writing them down can set the process in motion, it is also extremely important to review your goals frequently. Every time you make a decision during the day, ask yourself this question, “Does it take me closer to, or further from my goal.” If the answer is “closer to,” then you’ve made the right decision. If the answer is “further from,” well, you know what to do. If you follow this process everyday you will be on your way to achieving unlimited success in every aspect of your life.
