Have your ever reach your best performance? Have you ever been so engaged in an activity that you lost track of time or even your surroundings? That's called the "state of flow" - a state of consciousness where we can reach our best performance doing something, enjoyable and satisfying.

Athletes refer to it as "being in the zone," religious mystics as being in "ecstasy," artists and musicians as "aesthetic rapture." And here is the good news. You can learn how to experience the "state of flow", by learning to adopting best practices from high achiever. When you follow these primary steps, you can find yourselves thinking well and doing much more than you are expected to do; you feel full of energy and passion to work efficiently much longer hours; you learn to like what you do and you find it easy to experience a satisfying "state of flow".

The "state of flow" is one that many people have used to describe the sense of great satisfaction in sports such as tennis, basketball, football or baseball, because these sports have goals and rules that make it possible for the player to act without questioning what should be done, and how.

It is incredible what we can achieve when we reach our best performance in what we are doing. This state of consciousness can be achieved when we have a level of mental mastery over our actions while performing any activity. Nothing is beyond the reach of those who can experience the state of flow. I recommend that you try it by learning how to relax and meditate.

Essential Nutrients

EASY CHICKEN SALADS
(2 Servings)

Ingredients:
  • 1 cups cubed, cooked chicken meat

  • 2 boiled eggs - chopped

  • 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise

  • 2 spoons of dried cranberries

  • 1 cup chopped celery

  • 2 spoons of green onions, chopped

  • 2 spoons of chopped pecans

  • salt and pepper (your taste)

  • Paprika (your taste)

  • Spinach or lettuce (optional)

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise with paprika and seasoned salt. Blend in dried cranberries, celery, bell pepper, onion, and nuts. Add chopped chicken, and mix well. Season with black pepper to taste. Chill 1 hour.
